Damaged / Defective / Order ErrorsIf you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact us within 3 business days of package receipt. Wadsworth Control Systems will rectify the order by forwarding a new product and a postage paid return label. Please note, it is very important the damaged, defective or incorrect item is returned to us using the postage paid return label provided to you by Wadsworth Control Systems. If the product is not returned to us nor received by our offices within 14 days of corrected item receipt, your credit card will be charged for the 2nd item, including applicable shipping fees.
All returns MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. If a return is received without pre-approval, Returned Goods Number or an office generated postage label, it will not be accepted. Please call 800-821-5829 to obtain an RGA number.
1. Product must be returned, and received at our offices, within 30 days of purchase.
2. Include RGA number, products & dissatisfaction reason with return.
3. Wadsworth Control Systems is not responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend USPS Priority Mail with tracking, UPS or FedEx.
4. Consumer responsible for return shipping cost.
5. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Credit Card RefundsIf a credit/refund is due on your account, only the original credit card number may be used. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear.
Processing an OrderOrders are shipped within 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays) of placement. In-stock merchandise is then shipped via UPS. Company policy allows for up to a two week delivery period. Should an order not be received within two weeks from order placement, please contact our Customer Service for investigation.
Please note that on occasion, our offices are closed for holidays. Order processing and shipping do not occur during these closures and this may add time to the delivery process. If our offices are closed, the website will have the information posted in the checkout section. Cancellation of orders due to shipping delays must comply with Wadsworth Control Systems "Order Cancellation" policy listed below.
If, for any reason, the products cannot be shipped due to back order status, you will be given the option to cancel your order.
Order Cancellation/RefusalYou may cancel your order at anytime, prior to shipping, at no cost to you. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped or is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated at 10% of the product total (shipping costs and/or taxes, if applicable, are not included in this calculation). Shipping charges are not refundable on orders cancelled after shipment or refused upon delivery. Order must be returned and received at our offices, in resellable condition, prior to refund being issued.
Order SpecificsUpon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation includes an order number. Save your order number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.
How to Change Your OrderIf you find that you have made an error in ordering, please notify us immediately by callling customer service. Please note that if your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, this is not a guarantee and if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order. Do not forget to give us your full name and order number with any correspondence.
Paying with Credit CardWe accept only credit card payments for online orders. Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file.
Sales TaxWe will not accept orders from South Dakota or Colorado through the wadsworthcontrols.com website. Please contact us at 800-821-5829 if you have questions on this policy. We will not charge for sales tax from states available on our website. If your state requires sales tax for web purchases, you will be responsible for paying that tax.
Order StatusIf you have previously established an account with wadsworthcontrols.com you may check your order status by clicking on the My Account link. Once you have logged in to your account you will be able to modify your account profile and view past orders.

How to Shop When you find an item you want to buy, just click on "Add to Cart” to automatically place the item in your shopping cart.
How to Update Shopping Cart To remove an item from the shopping cart, click Remove. To change the quantity of an item, change the number displayed in the Quantity field and then click Update.
Coupons are entered in the Coupon Code field. Click apply to apply the discount.
When you’re done shopping and have everything you want, click on the "update" button and then click on "checkout".
"Ship To" and "Bill To" Information Tell us where you want us to ship your merchandise. You must include your First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code and Country. We do not ship internationally from the website.
If the address where your credit card company sends your monthly statement is different from the address where the merchandise is being shipped, check the "Check if different" box and complete the boxes for First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code and Country. We request your phone number so we can contact you if any issues or questions regarding your order.
We require an e-mail address so that we can send you an electronic receipt or to contact you about the status of your order. If you do not want to receive promotional e-mail messages please click the box entitled "Check this box if you do not wish to receive special promotional mailings". When you’re done completing this information, click on the "continue" button.
Payment InformationConfirm your "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses are correct. If the information is incorrect simply click on the "change address" button.
Review your order to ensure that the items you want to purchase are correct. If the information is incorrect go to the top of the screen and click on the button "return to shopping cart" to correct your order.
Select the shipping method you want us to use to send your order. If you change the shipping method simply click on "update" to recalculate your order.
If paying with a credit card, enter your credit card billing information including the name of the card, credit card number, 3 or 4 digit security code and expiration date.
Click on the "check out" button to finalize your order.
