VersiSTEP

This fully integrated computer provides 24 outputs for 1 to 8 zone control. If you need to expand your control, add the satellite unit for an additional 16 outputs. The VersiSTEP can be combined with the EnviroSTEP or other VersiSTEP controls on a single network that provides powerful yet economical control for large ranges.

Control:

  • 1-8 zone greenhouse environments.
  • 3 setpoint periods: Day, Night and DIF o Setpoint periods based on time or automatic calculation of sunrise and sunset.
  • Programmable ramp rates to gradually transition between setpoint periods.
  • 24 relay outputs with manual override switches operate on/off, control reversing motors such as roof vents, energy curtains and mixing valves, modulation and pulse period modulation, irrigation, misting and HID lights
  • Replaceable 10 amp DPDT relays.
  • 4 analog outputs (0 to 10VDC) to control variable frequency drive, variable speed fans and modulating valves.

Sensors:

  • Includes highly accurate aspirated temperature and humidity sensor with 100' of cable.
  • A solar-shielded outdoor temperature and 25' of cable
  • Sensor inputs mount on terminal blocks for easy installation.
  • 32 analog input channels o Connect light, CO2, RH, and temperature sensors.
  • 8 digital detector channels o Sense precipitation, wind speed and wind direction.
  • Records the status of all inputs and outputs in 15 minute increments. Connect to STEPsaver for advanced data logging and reporting.
  • Alarm outputs: temperature, RH and power failure. Connect to Wadsworth's Alarm Manager to receive calls on up to 4 phone or pager numbers.
  • Fire response builds equipment response into each piece of equipment so it know how to respond in the event of a fire. Click here for more details.

Display

  • Menu driven system makes operation easy.
  • Largest graphical display in the industry:
  • 8 lines, includes graphing functions.
  • 4X4 keypad allows for easy programming.
  • Fahrenheit or Centigrade selectable.

Enclosure

  • NEMA 4 cabinet - aluminum 32" x 24" x 5" (813 x 610 x 127mm) with locking door, protects against sunlight and moisture.
